To ensure quality delivery, NCG (U) Ltd draws its resources from a pool of multi-disciplinary professional expertise in-country and whenever necessary, takes advantage of the synergy with the NCG companies of Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Kenya and Tanzania. The network allows NCG (U) Ltd to provide consultancy services based on optimal team compositions of Uganda and international experts, and to ensure effective technical back-stopping where required .
